Now, we are strengthening our TCM team with a Senior Reporting Manager – a key role in shaping the next generation of data-driven asset management and reporting solutions for wind.

As a natural evolution of our services, OX2 TCM is transitioning from reactive reporting to predictive, analytical, and value-focused deliverables. You will play a central role in leading that shift.
Your Role
As Senior Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and quality assurance of our reporting framework for renewable energy assets. The role requires a hands-on approach, including the preparation and delivery of reports.
Your work will ensure that OX2’s customers receive best-in-class, accurate and actionable reports—supporting investment decisions and operational optimization.
You will work closely with the Head of RAMs and collaborate with colleagues across TCM and the broader OX2 organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting Development & Governance
- Drive the evolution of OX2 TCM’s reporting solutions by identifying, evaluating and implementing new tools, systems and methodologies for the Wind, PV and BESS assets under management.
- Define, document, and roll out updated TCM reporting processes to enable smart, efficient, and scalable reporting.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers into existing reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with the Head of RAMs to define reporting and data needs for emerging technologies, such as solar PV, energy storage, and hybrid assets.
Reporting Delivery & Quality
- Prepare, write and coordinate annual, bi-annual and quarterly performance reports, including KPIs, operational analysis, deviation explanations and future outlook.
- Coordinate, write and review monthly reporting deliverables and ensure quality assurance of all customer-facing materials.
- Mentor and support Reporting and Monitoring Managers and Assistants, fostering knowledge growth and excellence in reporting standards.
- Investigate anomalies in operational data, performance trends and events in wind farms, and coordinate follow-up actions.
Operational Support
- Serve as first-line backup for the operations monitoring function and deviation handling process.
- Act as a general operations backup during unplanned absences or emergencies, contributing to OX2 TCM’s emergency reaction procedures and stakeholder notification protocols outside normal office hours when possible.
Who You Are
You excel in analytical environments and have a passion for renewable energy, data, and operational performance. You are structured, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex information. As a person you are engaged and motivated by customer contact. improving processes and developing smarter ways of working.
You have:
- Experience in reporting, data analytics, asset management, or operations within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical performance data into customer-friendly insights.
- A structured approach, an eye for detail, and the capability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to support and guide others.
- Full working proficiency in English.
