We are now looking for a proactive and forward-thinking HRIS Specialist who is passionate about leveraging systems, data, and technology to drive efficiency and improve the employee experience. This is a 1-year temporary position (parental leave cover) with a strong opportunity to grow as an HRIS Specialist in a business undergoing rapid growth and digital transformation.
The HR Team
Our team is an ambitious group of HR professionals supporting OX2’s continued expansion. We currently consist of: 5 HR Specialists, 6 HR Business Partners and 1 Talent Acquisition Partner
The team spans Sweden, Finland, Poland, Italy and Australia, with headquarters in central Stockholm.
During 2026 we finalised the implementation of several modules in our HRIS, SAP Success Factors, and are now entering an exciting optimization and adoption phase.

The Role
As HRIS Specialist, you will act as the HR Tech expert within the HR Team and the system owner and superuser of SuccessFactors. Your mission is to ensure that our HR systems are stable, user‑friendly, and fully integrated into everyday work across the organization.
In this role, you will also lead and support all HR‑related tech initiatives, integrations, and improvements, acting as the main interface between the HR Team, our support vendor and OX2 IT.
This position offers a high level of autonomy and influence and the chance to leave a clear footprint during a defined assignment.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as system owner and superuser/admin for SAP SuccessFactors at OX2

Continue the adoption and continuous optimization of the HRIS across the organization

Translate business and HR needs into system solutions and improvements

Take lead on HR‑related tech initiatives, integrations, and system enhancements

Serve as the main contact person towards IT for the HR Team and act as the main interface towards our support/development vendor.

Provide hands‑on support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users

Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials

Lead training sessions and workshops to strengthen digital HR capability
Who You Are

An experienced HR professional with a strong interest in technology and knowledge in SuccesFactors or already on the journey to becoming a seasoned HRIS specialist

Proven hands‑on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (it is considered a merit if you have hands on experience from all modules)

Technically curious with the ability to translate HR processes into scalable system solutions

Communicative, collaborative, and comfortable acting as an internal expert

Proactive and improvement‑oriented, with a strong user‑experience mindset

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
