About the role
As our HSE Manager Finland, you’ll play a key role in creating safe, high-performing environments across our Finnish operations while influencing how HSE evolves globally.
Safety is not merely a checkbox; it is a core value that guides how we build and operate our renewable energy projects. This is a role for someone who combines structure and confidence with collaboration—and who wants their work to make a real difference.
What you will do
You will lead, support, and elevate HSE across all Finnish sites by:

Coordinating HSE work across projects in close partnership with construction teams

Supporting sites both remotely and on-site with expert H&S guidance

Driving consistent, high-quality HSE processes across Finland and contributing globally

Setting HSE standards in procurement and evaluating contractor qualifications

Ensuring strong incident reporting, analysis, and meaningful follow-up

Leading LTI follow-ups and improving learning from incidents

Reviewing RAMS and HSE plans to ensure safety is built in from the start

Supporting project teams with structure, tools, and documentation

Delivering engaging HSE trainings and onboarding experiences

Owning and developing the ISO 45001 management system in Finland

Monitoring legislation and ensuring full compliance

Leading the Finnish Safety Committee and supporting a healthy office environment
Qualifications:
You are a passionate and driven HSE professional who enjoys working with people as much as processes
We believe you have:

Relevant academic background, most likely a degree in occupational health & safety, engineering, environmental science, or a related technical field.

5–10+ years of HSE experience in construction, energy, infrastructure, or similar
-
Strong experience with HSE systems, audits, and continuous improvement
-
Confidence working across multiple sites and stakeholders

A structured yet pragmatic approach to risk and safety

Experience with contractor management and procurement processes

The ability to turn data into insights and action
-
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
-
A relevant degree—or equivalent practical experience
-
Fluent in English is a must (Finnish is a plus)

Comfort working with digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, HSE systems)
