Enterprise Architect to OX2

About OX2

OX2 is one of Europe’s leading developers and operators of renewable energy. With a strong track record across wind, solar, and energy storage, we operate in multiple countries and continue to expand rapidly.

As we grow, digital capabilities play a critical role in enabling our business. We are investing heavily in building a scalable, modern, and intelligent digital ecosystem to support the energy transition.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Architect at OX2, you will take a central role in shaping our technical landscape and ensuring our systems work seamlessly together across markets and functions.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will collaborate with stakeholders across development, asset management, finance, commercial, and operations - across multiple countries.

Your immediate priority will be to source and onboard a strategic integration partner capable of running and building our integration landscape. This will enable our internal teams to focus on architecture, governance, and long-term design.

Beyond integration, you will:

  • Own and maintain the overall system landscape and data flows

  • Define and govern enterprise architecture standards

  • Challenge and evolve our data platform strategy

  • Ensure solution architecture documentation across all systems

  • Guide Product Owners toward scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions

You will also play a key role in OX2’s transformation journey by:

  • Supporting our evolution into an Independent Power Producer (IPP)

  • Helping establish the architectural foundation for AI adoption

  • Enabling data exposure across key platforms (primarily IFS)

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with business understanding and stakeholder influence.

We believe you have:

  • Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar

  • Several years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or senior integration roles

  • Proven experience designing and governing integration architectures in complex environments

  • Experience working with enterprise architecture frameworks and documentation

  • Technical experience with one or more of the following:

  • IFS, OneStream, ArcGIS, IronClad, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Microsoft Fabric (IFS and OneStream are particularly valuable)

As a person you are also:

  • A strong communicator who can challenge and advise stakeholders across functions and geographies

  • Structured, proactive, and able to balance detail with big-picture thinking

  • Fluent in English (Swedish or Polish is a plus)

We consider it a merit if you also have:

  • Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries

  • Understanding of IPP business models

  • Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives in enterprise environments

  • Knowledge of modern data platforms (data lakes, data mesh, analytics stacks)

  • Experience working with external partners and international teams

 Why Join OX2?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven company, accelerating the transition to renewable energy!

  •  Take on a high-impact role with real influence over enterprise-wide architecture

  • Work in an international environment across multiple European markets

  • Engage in cutting-edge transformation initiatives, including AI and data platforms

  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid setup in Stockholm or Warsaw
