We are now looking for an experienced commercially minded HR Business Partner to support our Transactions, Finance, and Corporate functions across Europe.  This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business and people strategy, partnering with senior leaders in some of OX2's most critical and fast-evolving areas. You will play a key role in enabling organizational performance, supporting growth, and ensuring we continue to develop and retain talent across our European business. 

 

What you will do

As an HR Business Partner at OX2, you will be a trusted  partner to our business leaders while also playing a hands-on role in delivering key HR processes and operations. You will help translate business priorities into people initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and long-term growth, while ensuring excellent execution of core HR activities across the employee lifecycle. 

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Translate business priorities into impactful people strategies that enable growth and performance. 

  • Partner with leaders in organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building. 

  • Coach managers in leadership, performance, talent management, employee relations, and team effectiveness. 

  • Together with talent acquisition support recruitment activities across multiple European markets, ensuring we continue to attract exceptional talent. 

  • Drive change management initiatives in a growing and evolving organization. 

  • Leverage HR-data and insights to support informed decision-making and organizational effectiveness. 

  • Strengthening employee engagement, leadership capability, and a high-performance culture. 

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the HR function to deliver seamless employee experience and ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies. 

 

Who you are 

We are looking for someone who combines strong HR expertise with business acumen and a genuine interest in understanding what drives organizational performance. 

We believe you bring: 

  • A university degree in HR, Finance or related field 

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, international organization. 

  • Strong business acumen and experience supporting functions such as Finance, Transactions, Investments, Corporate Development, M&A, or other commercially driven teams. 

  • Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and geographies. 

  • A proven ability to influence, challenge, and build credibility with senior leaders. 

  • Experience driving organizational change, transformation, and business growth. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. 

  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors as HRIS is a plus. 

  • Full professional proficiency in both Swedish and  English is a must.  

  • Experience from renewable energy, infrastructure, private equity, investment, professional services, or other transaction-intensive environments is highly advantageous.
