About OX2
OX2 is one of Europe’s leading developers and operators of renewable energy. With a strong track record across wind, solar, and energy storage, we operate across multiple European markets and continue to expand rapidly.
As we grow, digital capabilities are central to enabling our business. We are building a scalable, modern, and intelligent digital ecosystem — and this role sits at the heart of it.
About the Role
As Integration & Solutions Architect at OX2, you will be the go-to person for how our systems connect, how data flows across our landscape, and how we make sound architectural decisions as we scale.
This is a hands-on role. You will spend meaningful time doing — building, configuring, and troubleshooting — not just advising. At the same time, you will bring structure to our integration landscape and help us evolve toward a more governed, future-proof architecture over time.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and the wider Digital team, as well as with external integration partners you help source and manage. Independence and pragmatism are just as important here as technical depth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-
Own and develop OX2’s integration landscape — hands-on design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations across our core platforms (IFS, OneStream, Microsoft Fabric, SAP SuccessFactors, and others)
-
Source, onboard, and manage an external integration partner to support delivery capacity — you will scope the need, run the evaluation, and govern the relationship
-
Maintain and continuously improve our system landscape documentation — including system maps, data flows, and integration inventories — by engaging the right stakeholders across the business
-
Translate business requirements into technical solutions: from requirement specification through to ETL delivery, data pipeline design, and integration testing
-
Support our data platform strategy — working alongside our Analytical Engineer on Microsoft Fabric and contributing to decisions on our data warehouse evolution
-
Guide Product Owners on integration and architecture choices, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
-
Contribute to OX2’s longer-term architectural foundation, including AI-readiness and data exposure across key platforms
This role has a natural growth path. Depending on your interests and strengths, it can evolve toward full Enterprise Architecture, a data engineering and analytics specialism, or a hybrid of both. We will invest in the direction that fits you and the business.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who combines genuine technical ability with business curiosity and the confidence to work with a high degree of autonomy.
We believe you have:
-
A relevant academic background — Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
-
3–5 years of experience in solution architecture, integration development, or a senior technical analyst role
-
Hands-on experience designing and building integrations — you have personally owned deliveries, not just reviewed them
-
Experience or clear capability in sourcing and managing external technical partners or vendors
-
Ability to create and maintain system landscape documentation by engaging stakeholders across functions
-
Practical experience with ETL processes and data pipelines — picking up data from external sources and landing it in a target platform
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms — Azure (including Microsoft Fabric) and/or AWS
-
Fluency in English; Swedish is a strong plus
As a person you are:
-
Comfortable working independently — you do not need a large team around you to be effective
-
Pragmatic and delivery-focused — you find the right solution for the context, not the theoretically perfect one
-
A clear communicator who can translate between technical and business language
-
Structured enough to bring order to complexity, without over-engineering
We consider it a strong merit if you also have:
-
Experience with IFS ERP or OneStream EPM
-
Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries
-
Understanding of IPP or project finance business models
-
Knowledge of integration platforms and middleware (Azure Functions, API management, or similar)
-
Experience supporting AI or ML initiatives at an enterprise level
Why Join OX2?
-
Be part of a purpose-driven company accelerating the transition to renewable energy
-
A high-impact role with real ownership and visibility from day one
-
An international environment across multiple European markets
-
A genuine growth path — architectural, data-oriented, or both — shaped around you
-
Flexible hybrid setup, primarily Stockholm-based
