About OX2

At OX2, we accelerate access to renewable energy. As one of Europe's leading renewable energy companies, backed by EQT, we develop, construct, own and manage renewable energy assets across multiple markets. Through long-term ownership and a pioneering mindset, we create lasting value for society, investors and future generation

About the role

As Pipeline & Portfolio Analyst, you will be the operational engine of OX2's Global Project Datahub: a centrally owned, historised data layer. This is a newly created role at the center of OX2's data ambition, reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, working in a team with a Senior Data Engineer, who are both currently being recruited. Your role in the team is to ensure the data actually reflects how the business works on the ground, run the monthly data freeze process, gather and align requirements with country teams, own the definitions catalogue and support data culture.

You sit at the interface between Portfolio Management & Planning, Country Teams, Project Teams and Data Engineering: turning “what the business needs” into requirements the platform can be built around, and turning early governed data into the first Power BI products people actually use. This is a great role if you want to understand OX2's full development, construction and operations pipeline in depth while helping build something the whole organization will rely on. The role reports to the Head of Data & Analytics.

Key responsibilities

  • Product development: Identify use cases for the Global Projects Datahub and drive the implementation end to end (e.g., automation initiatives, or adding new data sources to the hub), ensuring that the platform reflects how the business works.

  • Requirements & definitions: Collect requirements from Country teams, Project Delivery, Asset Management and other stakeholders, and support the Global Projects Datahub Lead in maintaining and evolving the data definitions catalogue.

  • Analysis: Perform pipeline and portfolio analyses – for example on project status, business case classification, or capacity by stage – to support management, shareholder and board reporting.

  • Monthly process ownership: Run the monthly project data freeze process (starting from an IFS-based Excel prototype and evolving alongside the platform), including validation and sign-off coordination with Project Responsibles and countries.

  • Data quality support: Help track completeness and quality of the datahub's growing set of datapoints, and support countries directly in resolving data issues.

  • Stakeholder liaison: Build and maintain relationships with Country Data Stewards and Project Responsibles across markets, acting as a credible, approachable first point of contact on data questions.

  • Reporting build-out: Contribute to building simple, self-service Power BI dashboards for Project Managers and Country Managers, based on the freeze and, over time, live data.

About you

You are structured, curious about how data sits together across systems, and comfortable holding a friendly but firm line with stakeholders on data quality and deadlines.

 We believe you have:

  • A couple of years of relevant experience (we'd estimate around 2–4 years) in business or portfolio analysis, project development or management, controlling, or a similar analytical role, ideally within a project-driven, multi-country or renewable energy/infrastructure business.

  • Strong data-analysis skills, good excel skills, with working knowledge of Power BI or a genuine willingness and ability to build this quickly.

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Informatics or Mathematics or a related field.

  • A detail-oriented, structured way of working, paired with curiosity about how data connects across systems.

  • Confidence working directly with country teams, following up firmly but constructively on data quality and deadlines.

  • Fluent in English; Swedish or another OX2-market language is a plus.
